01Who these terms are with

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and VIREON LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration Number 79593076), trading as PinCraft. References to "we", "us", "our", and "PinCraft" in these terms mean VIREON LIMITED. References to "you" and "your" mean any person who accesses our website or purchases our products.

By using our website, signing up for our newsletter, or purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

02What we provide

PinCraft is an online education product offering courses, written guides, and community access focused on running profitable Pinterest advertising campaigns. When you purchase a course, you receive access to the digital materials described on the purchase page, including any future updates we make to those materials, where applicable.

We do not provide one-to-one consulting, account management, or guaranteed business outcomes unless explicitly stated and paid for as part of a separate engagement.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

04Pricing and payment

All prices are shown on the relevant product page and are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your jurisdiction; any applicable taxes will be added at checkout.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By submitting a payment, you authorize us (and our payment provider) to charge the amount shown to your chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

05Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund on all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@pincraft.com within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund.

To request a refund, you do not need to provide a reason. We process refund requests within 7 business days of receiving them.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, your access to the course materials is revoked.

06Your account and access

When you purchase a course, we create an account that grants you access to the materials. You agree:

• To keep your login credentials confidential
• To take reasonable care to prevent unauthorized access to your account
• Not to share your account or course materials with people who have not paid for them
• To notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access

Course access is granted to one person. Sharing your access with others is a breach of these terms and may result in your access being revoked without refund.

07Intellectual property

All content on PinCraft (including videos, text, images, templates, and downloadable materials) is the intellectual property of VIREON LIMITED, unless explicitly stated otherwise. When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own learning and business purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or republish our materials
• Use our materials to create a competing course or product
• Share login credentials or download links with non-purchasers
• Strip copyright notices or branding from our materials

You may use the templates, scripts, and frameworks taught in the course in your own business activities. That is what they are for.

08Honest disclosure about results

PinCraft teaches mechanics, frameworks, and strategies for running Pinterest advertising. We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead-generation, or business outcomes. Your results will depend on your product, your market, your offer, your audience, your effort, and many factors outside our control or our course.

Any case studies, testimonials, or income examples shared on our website are from real users sharing their own experiences. They are not representative of typical results and are not promises of what you will achieve.

09Acceptable use

When using our website, community, or course materials, you agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users or our team
• Post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Use the service to send spam or promote unrelated commercial offers
• Interfere with the normal operation of the website or community

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who breach this section.

10Third-party tools and platforms

Our course content references and teaches the use of third-party platforms (such as Pinterest, payment processors, and analytics tools). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you use as part of applying our materials.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of PinCraft is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
• We are not liable for any outcomes (or lack of outcomes) you achieve as a result of applying our materials in your business

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VIREON LIMITED, its directors, employees, and contractors harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or your violation of any applicable law in connection with your use of our service.

13Changes to the service

15Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If we cannot resolve the dispute through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong S.A.R., unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
